Background
Chase M. Nugent is a third-generation attorney in Palm Beach County with six of his close family members having practiced law in the county. Born and raised in the Village of North Palm Beach, Mr. Nugent graduated from Cardinal Newman High School, then earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Florida State University. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
During his time practicing law, he has helped hundreds of individuals recover tens of millions of dollars through litigation and negotiation. He provides personal and competent representation, understanding the major repercussions of a personal injury.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nugent worked at two other prominent personal injury trial specialty firms in the area and gained extensive trial experience. He joined Osborne & Francis to focus on the balance of experience and resources with the personal touch and experience required to properly represent the injured.

Mr. Nugent is an attorney in the firm’s West Palm Beach, Florida office. Mr. Nugent concentrates his practice on personal injury cases, representing clients throughout Palm Beach County who have been injured or lost a family member in an accident. He handles cases involving car accidents, boating accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall incidents, spinal cord injuries, truck accidents, and wrongful death.
In addition to providing professional counsel to the members of his community, Mr. Nugent also enjoys giving back to his community through serving on the boards of multiple charitable organizations and has served as the Chapter President of the North Palm Beach Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association.
