Benjamin Garcia

A proficient and knowledgeable attorney with a proven record of success in helping his clients, Benjamin C. Garcia was born in Manhattan, New York. At the age of seven, he and his family relocated to Orlando, Florida where he graduated from Oak Ridge High School. As a student athlete, Benjamin’s track coach taught him a vital lesson that has remained with him through life – “The Three D’s,” which are determination, dedication, and discipline. Benjamin believes that possessing and incorporating these indispensable principles into his work ethic is essential. He is not satisfied until he has obtained the best possible outcome for injured clients and their families. In his tireless dedication to seeking justice on behalf of his clients, Benjamin has recovered over $1,000,000 in settlements.

As a proud two-time “Rattler,” Benjamin earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor degrees from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. During his studies at FAMU College of Law, he gained years of valuable hands-on experience at a prominent personal injury law firm. The skills learned during his years as a law clerk and as a young associate allowed him to become an efficient, thorough leader who will maximize a recovery on your behalf. Please contact Benjamin at (407) 655-3333 or Bgarcia@realtoughlawyers.com. It would be his honor to serve and assist you in obtaining the justice you deserve.
